"The Kegelmaster is like a good workout for your vagina" Cosmopolitan June 2007.
How many of us actually think about including the most important muscle of all in our workouts? Well us Kegelmaster girls do of course!

Did you know that way back in 1952 Dr Kegel found that:
"Observations in [more than 3,000
women,] both mothers and women who have not given birth..., ranging in age from
16 to 74 years, have led to the conclusion that sexual feeling within the vagina
is closely related to muscle tone, and can be improved through muscle education
and resistive exercise."
He also reported that 78 of 123
women complaining explicitly of sexual deficits had achieved orgasm following a period of practising resistance exercise!

Lauren
Henderson writes about the Kegelmaster in this month’s Cosmopolitan and says “every
woman should get a Kegelmaster!”
Lauren was
so enthusiastic about the Kegelmaster she writes “I may give them to all my
friends as Christmas presents this year”.
Now there’s a girl who knows how to look after her friends!
Today,
Catherine Townsend writes in The Independent about a friend who is now having
the best orgasms of her life, and who recently had her first vaginal orgasm after
using the Kegelmaster for a short while following the recent birth of her baby.
Catherine then
put the Kegelmaster to the test for herself.
After a week she decided to test the results with her partner (all in
the name of scientific research of course!).
She says “The sex was amazing. I
found that contracting my muscles throughout led to heightened sensitivity and
a mind-blowing orgasm”.
Both describe
how their partners love the results of their sexy workouts too!
It seems
the whole country is finding out that the Kegelmaster will not just improve
your sex life but transform it!
We won’t
even begin to talk about what it will do for your health! That’s another story.

Welcome to our new Kegelmaster blog. On this blog we shall post regularly news and items relating to the wonderful Kegelmaster.
Congratulations to Pat Hagan for shining light on what is
most definitely still a taboo subject in the Daily Mail 29 th May
2007 - incontinence. Pelvic floor exercises are often recommended by doctors to
stop and prevent stress incontinence but the way women are normally taught to
do pelvic floor exercises accomplishes very little except to ensure that the
vast incontinence and prolapse industries will have no shortage of future
customers.
Why? Because the two
essential ingredients of successful pelvic floor exercise are missing:
1) Isolating
the correct muscle
2) Working
the muscle against resistance.
Dr. Kegel declared in 1950 that routine surgery for stress
incontinence would no longer be performed at his hospital after he discovered
that exercising in this way was more successful. We are going backwards! Much of
the £233 million spent by the NHS could be saved if more women knew of this! Not to mention their doctors!
